Issue Resolved: Recipe Report Generation

We have resolved the issue affecting Recipe Report generation in the District Portal. Users can now successfully generate Recipe Reports via Item Management and Planned Production Records. Both areas will generate reports reflecting the amount of servings the users are requesting.

Update – Service Restoration in Progress

Our team has identified the root cause of the issue affecting the generation of recipe reports through both Planned Production Records and Items > Item MGT. We are actively working to implement a fix and expect to have the issue resolved later this afternoon.

Once the resolution is in place, users will be able to successfully generate recipe reports within both Items > Item MGT and Planned Production Records.

We are currently investigating an issue impacting the District Portal where users are unable to successfully generate a Recipe Report. Please note this issue is isolated to districts with LSN’s Menu Planning module.

Details:

  • Occurs when running reports from Planned Production or directly from a Recipe within Item Management

  • Reports show as “Scheduled” and then change to “Error”

Workaround:

  • Navigate to Reports > Menu Planning > Recipe Reports to generate the report

  • The report will print based on how the recipe is originally built and scaled

  • Custom yields are not supported when using this method
