Status Update – Service Restoration in Progress

We would like to provide an update as Cloudflare’s services continue to recover. We are seeing steady restoration across key areas of our platform, and normal functionality is returning:

  • LSN District Portal: Performance and navigation have been restored, and users should now be able to work without interruption.

  • School Nutrition & Fitness (iSite): Access to the application has been reestablished.

  • LINQ Connect: Previously reported issues, most notably those affecting checkout, have been resolved.

  • Credit Card Readers (LSN & POS): Functionality has been restored for districts using credit card readers within LSN and the Point of Sale.

We recognize the impact this incident has had on your operations and sincerely appreciate your patience while services stabilize. As Cloudflare, one of our critical service providers, brings their systems fully back online, our teams continue to monitor all components to ensure reliability moving forward.

We are currently investigating reports of service degradation affecting the LINQ School Nutrition (LSN) District Portal and iSite (School Nutrition & Fitness).

Impacted Area: Based on initial district feedback and observation, the impact is primarily observed in two areas:

  • LSN District Portal, where users are experiencing navigation lag/delay.
  • iSite (School Nutrition and Fitness), where some users are currently unable to access the application.

Please note, we do not believe this issue is impacting the Point of Sale based on customer feedback we have received and observation.
