We wanted to let you know that the recent portal slowness and errors experienced between 2/7 and 2/9 on the ISITE / School Nutrition and Fitness Websites or Mobile App have been resolved.

Our technical team identified the cause of the performance impacts and implemented a fix to restore the platform to stability. Since completing these updates, our team has been closely monitoring the system and have found that it is functioning as expected.

At this time your open Support Tickets regarding this matter will be closed, but if you continue to have issues or questions, please reach out to Support to let us know.

Update: Continued Monitoring from Previous Week

As of today, February 9, all services impacted by the previously reported degradation—including ISITE, School Nutrition, Fitness websites, and the Web Menus application—remain fully restored and operational. This includes content management tools, the Online Menu Designer, Digital Displays, and Web Menus access via the app.

Earlier today, we did experience a brief service disruption. The issue was promptly addressed, and services were restored shortly thereafter. Our team continues to actively monitor system performance to ensure stability and prevent further interruptions.
